Return Eligibility

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Seasonal items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, including but not limited to items from holiday or limited-edition collections.

How to Start a Return

. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.
• Items sent back without a prior approved return request will not be accepted.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items need to be submitted within 7 days of delivery. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:
• Personalized and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
• Sale items and gift cards
• Seasonal items (as noted above)

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Approved returns are issued as store credit only. Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on our site. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
